Bleaching body hair?

My brother wants to dye all of his chest hair pink

you know

for shiggles.

and i was wondering if that would be okay to do.

Would it burn or hurt him in any way?

i would have to bleach it and i was thinking that since it would be on more skin than hair if that would be okay to do.

is there a special kind of bleach i should use or should this not be done or what?

I'd say stay away. Bleach touching skin for a long amount of time will burn. If anything, ask a professional hair stylist to do it. It'd probably cost more money but it'd be safer.

well, you could try, but im almost certain that if you get ANY bleach on his skin, not only will it burn, but it will also bleach his skin... im not even kidding...not to mention that using pink semi permanent hair color is just a REALLY REALLY strong stain, then his skin will be pink, for a while at least
