Where can I get good, bright-colored hair dye?

I need a basic place that's open late that sells basic semi-perm hair dye. do you know if they sell pink/blue hair dye at places like Walgreen's or Safeway?

I'm not sure about regular pharmacys, but hot topic and spencers has alright dye.

Open late? Do you really need it by tomorrow? I got my Manic Panic at either Essentials or Hot Topic, neither are basic. You might get lucky at Walgreens but they don't usually carry hair products, am I right? any hair salon place that has a large selection of hair products is likely to have something.

I was actually wondering the same thing (except I am looking for neon purple :-D). A friend told me that "Hot Topic" stores sometimes have them. Hot Topic is in most malls I think.
