Using kool-aid as hair dye?

i want to use kool-aid to put some pink streaks in my hair and i was wondering if anyone knows who long it usually lasts.

also, which kool-aid flavor gives the most vibrant pink color?

As you see most are saying don't do it... If the reason you are wanting to use Kool-aid is you can't afford the die. Try Jello instead. I had a friend that did this as a temporary thing and they changed it every couple of days. Its wont last more then that either of them. Have fun!

i tryed that when i was in high school many years ago.. and it reallly didn't work to well... i have straberry blonde hair and i tryed putting blue in my hair... totally didn't work well.. i ended up with like greenish streaks that only lasted like a week... and they were nasty and made my hair feel horrible.... my openion do not do it'!!

Kool-aid? Never heard of that one. If you want temporary color, just try a spray in dye. (It will wash out) If you want one more permanent, go to a salon, they won't charge much. The kool-aid thing sounds a little ridiculous to me.
