I have dark black hair but I've always wanted green neon highlights but my parents will absolutely disown me if i do. They think it'll increase the risk of cancer or tumors or whatever. I forgot what they said, but I still really want it. If i could get some natural unnatural hair color (pink, green, etc) into my hair, that would be AMAZING.

Well, one way is to get blonde highlights then jump in a pool with clorine (keep your hair dry if you do). That is something your hairdresser won't reccomend since your hair will turn green.

Green hair? Yuk!!! Respect your parents in what they say. Don't go against their word. You need to listen carefully when your parents speak to you, as they know best. Don't be thinking of ways to disrespect them when they speak to you. Respect your parents.......respect yourself.
