Dying hair question please answer!?

ok well a few days ago i used 'hot topic's pink pop temporary hair dye" on two streaks of my hair at the ends. suppose 2 last 2-8 washes or somthin. i wanted it 2 last long so i only was washing my hair every 3 days. anyway now ive decided 2 dye my hair 2 shades darker brown. do i have to wait til the pink comes out? thanks. oh and any additional advice on dying hair at home would be appreciated also. thanks:)

nope, you can dye right over it! just follow the instructions on the box... it should be pretty easy.

Hhahaha i love pink! lol you can just dye right over it because its a daker color and it wont mix or anything. Ive done it plenty of times and it will come out normal. just follow the insturctions on box!

you can dye right over it! I've dyed my hair several times at my home and I have a lot of rules. The number one rule is: make sure you get your roots!!! Do your roots first and the do everything else. Do your hair in sections also.

You should be able to dye straight over it, but if you're worried you could always wash out the pink and then dye your hair.

It's entirely upto you, as either way should work fine. :)

Follow the manufacturers advice! :)

What I tend to do is leave the product on my hair about 3/4 of the time the box says, then take a strand and wet it to see what colour the hair has turned out to be - if you like the colour, you can wash it off - but if not you can always leave the colour on for as long as the box says.

I tend to do this because my hair absorbs colour really quickly and goes a darker shade than how I wanted the colour to be.. x]

Well maybe u should go to the person that dyed ur hair pink. Tell them to take it off and make the dye two shades darker. If not then ask someone else.
