Why do the English have a phobia about Facial Hair and have strange lisp and not pronounce consanant

How many English men wear Moustache compared to Holland, France, Germany, South Africa, Japan etc? Why do people like Jeremy Clarkson (as much as I like him) make comments against 'Beards' or 'Beardstrokers'? Where do the English 'Amish?' people around Finchley fit into this with their beards without moustache? Why do they wear no facial hair, Pink Shirts(to prove they are man enough to wear a Pink Shirt) and the upper class talk with a semi-lisp(Not ssss, Not thhhh but with the tongue against the top of the teeth-like thss!

It's nor a phobia, it's fashion. In the 1970s, everyone had a moustache.

The English speak the way we do because that's the name of the language. If you don't speak English like the English, you're not speaking English.

I believe these are learned behaviors and the environment you are surrounded by. The structure of the mouth, tongue, teeth, and, even the spaces between the teeth are genetic. Still, speech patterns are learned through listening and repeating back sounds, words, and phrases. The facial hair is probably a personal preference and style for men in that area. :)

This is the most bizarre question I've ever heard.

I'm not from England, but I seriously doubt they all have a strange lisp. Not pronounce consanants......what the hell does that mean?
