Should i do this wit my hair?

no way. my friend had that done, after about 2 weeks it starts to wear out and gets annoying. and when you want the pink gone you have to cut all the pink off. i do not reccomend you get this. it kills your hair where your dying it because pink dye has more chemicals then most other hair dyes. i also dont reccomend you get this if you're over the age of 12. . i dont reccomend anyone get it over the age of 12.

As a pink-haired lady myself, let me make some suggests when one goes with the "Hot Pink" look.

You hair, or the tips in your case, should be as blond as possible to make sure the pink is as pink as possible.

(Tip, if the end get that "crinkly" feeling, you've over bleached it and your gonna have to start over. Trim off the over bleached areas because Pink hair dye can be a bit finiky if your not careful)

By lightening is as much as possible the pink will be brighter and it Will stay in longer.

(Tip, I suggest you do it in stages. For example bleach it two shades lighter, do a week of heavy conditioning, bleach it two shades lighter, condition for a week. Until you get the lightness you want, but stop if it's gets that Crinkly feeling! :)

Beings as you just doing the tips, you could actually redye when it starts to fade (Which it will. Pink is an unnatural hair color, hehe) with left over dye. http://www.manicpanic.biz/ct_catalog.htm Flamingo Pink is what I use. There is no mixing, it comes ready to dye your hair, and what ever is left over you can save for touch ups.

Now, say you do this and you don't like it? Well, if you really don't like it and want it gone immediatly, you Will have to cut it off.

If however you don't like it but are willing to wait. Then wait until it has faded as much as possible, then (This depends on your hair type, but works for mine when I need to look "Normal") simply bleach it out, wait a week, then dye it back to your "Natural" hair color.

Since your thinking of doing just your tips, you'll have an easy time of removing all traces of the pink should you choose to. Follow the guidelines I suggested, but if your leery about something WAIT! especially when it comes to bleaching and dyeing over the bleach job. One week works for my hair, but it may not for yours.

My friend can dye her's the next day after the bleaching, but I never wanted the reject hair color that's possible when bleach meats dye. You I always choose a week, or longer, before dyeing over it.

Anyways! Happy Dyeing! Tell us how it went.
