Would it be better to buy hair dye from sally's?

I have bought dye from Walmart and drugs stores but never have from Sally's. My friend is going to do my hair bleach blonde with pink tips. Would it be better to buy the dye from Sally's?

I bleached my hair for many years and i always bought my products from Sally as they are stronger and drugstore stuff left my roots red. I wouldn't recommend bleaching to any one though because it reallly fries your hair. I color mine now for 4 years and it is so much healthier looking and feeling and is not like straw any more. Can't tell you about the pink tips though. Good Luck

Bleach is bleach. It doesn't matter where you buy it from. Make sure your friend is experienced, though--things can go very badly with an inexperienced bleacher. Also, the burning you will feel is normal, so don't rinse it out unless it is totally overwhelming.

Buy a REALLY strong conditioner to go with it, though.

Yes def. go w/ sallys.. i have had bleach blond hair before and sallys has the best stuff to use and they can explain how to use it correctly. Talk with a sales person at Sallys and they will hook you up! i had the same hairdo before and it looks hot.. so have fun!

I'm not a stylist but I buy my color from Sally's and my stylist puts it on. It is professional grade. I love it.

Never bleach your hair by yourself or with a friend unless they are a cosmetologist!! That can go SOOO wrong if the person doesn't know how to do it right and you can make your hair completely damaged and brittle and fall out! Trust me i worked at a beauty salon, get it done professionally!

Yes and I hope your friend has the eye to get the color off at the right time too soon your hair will be purple and too late it could turn to mussh . follow the direction to a "T" and you should be ok . Hope it turns out good it sound great. love the pink tips
